PCG@200: 1828–2028
200 years since the Basel missionaries arrived at Christiansborg, Osu. The Church's story began on the soil of today's Ga Presbytery.
Countdown to PCG@200
Celebrating God's faithfulness
The Presbyterian Church of Ghana has announced a four-year celebration of its 200th anniversary under the theme “PCG@200: Celebrating God's Faithfulness and Impacting Generations through the Gospel”. The celebration was launched with the unveiling of the anniversary logo at Christiansborg Castle, Osu, on 22 December 2024.
For Ga Presbytery the bicentenary is also a homecoming: Osu, Christiansborg and the early congregations lie within the Presbytery. This page brings together the Presbytery's own programmes, stories and archive work for PCG@200.
