Who we are

This website is run by Ga Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Presbytery Office, Jubilee House, Osu Kuku Hill, Accra. For any question about your information, contact [data protection contact: name or role, and email address].

What we collect

You can browse the whole site without giving us any personal information. We only receive information you choose to send through a form:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, what your message is about, and the message.
  • Prayer requests: your request, and optionally your name and an email address or phone number if you would like someone to contact you.
  • Testimonies: your testimony, the name you would like shown, your congregation, an optional photograph and your email address.

Each form says on the page what it is for. Fields marked Optional can be left empty.

How we use it

  • Contact messages go to the Presbytery Office so we can reply.
  • Prayer requests are shared only with the prayer team and are never published.
  • Testimonies are read by a moderator and published only with your consent and in the way you chose.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to mailing lists without asking.

How long we keep it

Prayer requests are deleted after 90 days. Contact messages and testimonies are kept for [retention period to be confirmed] and then deleted. Published testimonies stay online until you ask us to remove them.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are delivered to [form service or email system, and where it stores data, to be confirmed]. Only Presbytery Office staff and the teams named above can read them.

Cookies and storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. When you close the notice bar, your browser remembers that for the current visit only (session storage); nothing is sent to us.
